Returns and Exchanges

Please note that we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items or items purchased during promotional sales or seasons. All discounted items are considered final sales.

However, we do accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order in the event of receiving a faulty product. Please be aware that the cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please send an email to: info@modaana.co.uk. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If the returned product does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Please ensure you contact us before returning any items; otherwise, the item will be sent back to you.

Return Shipping Costs

If your return/exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for covering the cost of postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your item. Please note that we are not liable or responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels.

Items Sent Without Prior Authorisation

Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to decline the return. In the rare event that you receive a faulty product, we will provide a full refund within 7-10 working days upon receiving the item.
