At MODAANA, we aim to dispatch your order within two working days for all our UK order deliveries. Here's what you need to know:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders placed with standard delivery typically take 3-5 working days to be delivered.

  • Express Delivery: orders placed with express delivery, typically, take one to 2 working days to be delivered.

We'll also provide you with tracking numbers for your orders so you can keep an eye on their progress.

International Shipping

At MODAANA, we offer international delivery through our local carrier. Here's what you need to know:

  • Standard Delivery Time: The standard delivery time varies depending on your location. It typically ranges from five to seven working days for destinations within or surrounding Europe and seven to twelve working days for international destinations further afield. Please note that these timeframes serve as a general guideline, and delivery times are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur due to courier service issues.

  • Currency Conversion Responsibility: The responsibility for converting currency to your local currency lies with the customer. We will not be held liable for any errors made by customers in this regard. Before making a purchase, we recommend that you are aware of any variations in currency exchange rates to ensure accurate transaction processing.

Please be aware that Modaana cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from customs clearance or the imposition of import duties and taxes, as these factors are entirely beyond our control. It's important to note that your Modaana orders do not include any potential customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by customs authorities when your items are delivered to your country. These additional charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
